Bootcamp
Are you tired of your fitness routine? Are you working out and your body composition is not changing? Come take an outdoor bootcamp class with Kim in Belmont.
What will you do in the class?
- Warm up
- Combined Upper and Lower Body Exercises
- Balance, stability and Coordination Drills
- Heart Rate Conditioning
- Endurance, Strength, and Stamina Development
- Core strength
- Cool Down
- Stretching
- Have FUN
SATURDAY CLASSES
Ongoing 6 week Saturday sessions, either book for 6 weeks or drop in.
How much? Saturday 6 weeks $50, drop in classes are $10.
Where ? Meet and end at Payson Park in Belmont, MA.
When? Every saturday morning at 7am for one hour.
MID-WEEK CLASSES
If you are interested in Mon and Thurs 5.30AM classes please send an email to Kimr@yourhealthsense.com to reserve your spot. 5.30am up with the birds for a 1 hour class.
Monday and Thursday classes start September 13th.
