No time for strengthening your core? Sure you do. Focus on good posture no matter where you are. Especially while you are sitting. Shoulders down away from your ears and pulled back. Deep breath in belly will rise, exhale, pull that belly in. Keep breathing and maintain that belly pulled in. Every little bit adds up.
